After you dictate, your transcription is immediately routed to one of our professional transcriptionists. The transcriptionist pulls up the specially programmed macro and transcribes your dictated words onto a digital copy of your letterhead (or any format you choose).

The transcriptionist then uploads it to our central office for proof reading. After proofing, it is uploaded to you via a secure, HIPAA-compliant web service.

You download your work, make any alterations on site, and print your documents on plain white paper. Your work looks as though it was printed on your stationery without the confusion of changing paper trays. This is another way we help you save time and money!
