Tom Richards
graduated from San Diego State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science
in business administration (information systems). After seven years as a
computer programmer-analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area, he entered the
field of medical transcription in 1991. He currently divides his time between
San Francisco and Oak Ridge, Tennessee. By telecommuting from either one of his virtual offices, Mr. Richards is able to take full advantage of Alert & Oriented's digital dictation system and the company's structural capacity for electronic delivery of transcribed reports. In addition to his transcribing talent, Mr. Richards provides software and technical support for Alert & Oriented Medical Transcription Services.
